Rakuten Fashion Week Tokyo 2021 AW will start on March 15.
Every year in March and October, Tokyo celebrates Fashion Week. During this period, ONE-OH Inc. The “Shibuya Harajuku Fashion Festival” has been held twice a year during Tokyo Fashion Week, with the participation of about 200 unique stores that transmit fashion culture that plays a part in culture. Through this fashion festival, we have been promoting “Shibuya and Harajuku, the city of fashion.
However, in order to revitalize fashion and culture in Shibuya, we will be distributing coordinated shows by stores in Shibuya and Harajuku, holding three runway shows, and linking them with the Shibuya Family Sale, an e-commerce mall for brand-name apparel stores in Shibuya. The event will be held in conjunction with the Shibuya Family Sale.

■ SHIBUYA FAMILY SALE”, an EC in town featuring popular stores in Shibuya Ward

EC MALL “SHIBUYA FAMILY SALES” is an EC mall authorized by Shibuya Ward in collaboration with “SHIBUYA HARAJUKU FASHION FESTIVAL”, a fashion festival that connects the whole town around Shibuya and Harajuku area.
　In October 2020, in response to the devastating effects of the H1N1 coronavirus, Xaniya City, Japan was transformed into an e-commerce mall to support the local fashion culture. The site offers a fun and affordable way to shop in the city for people who can’t always get to the city. The site features a trend-setting selection of products, all of which are always at discounted prices. In order to reduce the amount of inventory being disposed of by the apparel industry, the site aims to up-cycle manufactured garments and promote recycling while providing a fun shopping experience.

This time, in conjunction with the “Rakuten Fashion Week Tokyo” period, we will be selling items worn in the coordination show photographed at the Scramble Crossing and opening pop-up stores at market events.

TRADE SHOW” is a project based on the theme of “incubation”, held at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, a luxury hotel representing Shibuya. Under the concept of “incubation of brands,” ONEO will act as an incubator, discovering the eggs of creators yet to be seen from all over the world, and from Shibuya, the center of Tokyo, we will send out designers who will last for decades and centuries, both in Japan and overseas.
